Chaosword is a free daily crossword service providing three fresh editions each day: Morning (5x5), Evening (7x7), and Midnight (11x11). Each grid is generated, filled, and clued fresh each day. The grids are always valid and solvable. The clues may include wordplay, puns, or sideways misdirection. That is the product. Do not treat clues as a reference work or authority on any subject.

You may play, share your result card, and link to chaosword.com freely. You may not scrape, reproduce, or resell the answer grids, clue sets, or any generated content in bulk. Automated solving or bulk access to puzzle data is not permitted.

Chaosword is provided on a best-effort basis. Each puzzle edition is generated the evening before and validated before publication. If scheduled generation fails, emergency backup grids are published so the day still has puzzles. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or any specific uptime.

Sign-in is optional and uses a one-time magic link sent to your email. You do not create a password. Your puzzle progress, streaks, and completion history are tied to your email once you sign in, and to a device cookie before then. You can permanently delete your account and wipe all associated data at any time directly in your profile settings.

Leaderboard submissions require honest solves. Solves completed without reveals are eligible for ranked placement. Nicknames submitted to the leaderboard are subject to automated filtering and editorial moderation.

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Jackalope Digital is not liable for any loss of data, missed streaks, or incorrect information in clues. Clues may contain playful or unconventional wordplay; we validate grid solvability, not every clue phrasing.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
